"hotel room was booked, but the wifi wasn't working and the telephone was unreachable. These basic amenities need improvement to ensure a comfortable stay.

Lot of power cuts during night time, Generator also not working on 12.04.25, one person was struck in lift, nearly 25 minutes take to repair Generator.

Room ambiance is next level, I booked superior room which very spacious and the cleaning and maintenance is very good, mainly hotel is located at the heart of the city, you can shop the jewellery in the same building, as their is jewellery market is located at the ground floor, parking is also available at 2nd cellar, best to visit with family, the staff was very cooprative, they are providing the delicious South Indian breakfast.

I wish I had read the reviews before hand. The bad experience started from the beginning. The security guys puts all our luggage in the lift and dissappear. We had to lug out our luggage ourselves at 2nd floor for the reception while the luggage went to 3rd floor. The furniture is full of stains and the foot run in the wash room has never been changed looks like. Had to call the reception 3 times for breakfast. While checkout, an employee started yelling at me for leaving the door of the room open and not bringing the access card to the reception...this hotel is not even worth one star. I was traveling with my 80yr old mother.... Do not recommend this hotel

Rooms were clean. Staff very well behaved. Nice overall stay. Breakfast was provided and it was a nice meal.
